Yamaha Fazer seat

Original Fazer seat with a big make-over. Changed the shape of the foam into a cafe racer seat and a custom cover made of full grain leather and a light top stitch. The extra details like the French seam on the center line and diamond quilted inserts were fun to do and make this seat something special.

BMW K75 seat

New BMW K75 seat, shaped the foam and made a cover of some smooth brown leather. Also made a pair of covers for the sides, thermo plastic covered with leather.

Harley Shovelhead seat

Finished this project for Eelco, he was the lucky winner of the Big Twin bikeshow give-away. He’s building a custom Shovel and asked me to upholster the seat pan he made and make a matching pad for his rear fender. So here it is, 3cm thick seat with black full grain leather and blue double diamonds. Pillion pad is completely made of leather top and cushion is the same leather as the seat and the bottom of the pad is 3mm veg tanned leather to give it some more stiffness and strength.

Moto Guzzi seat

First things first, happy 2020! To start thing off right I want to share this little beauty. Guzzi cafe racer seat made made with smooth and brushed leather. Black double diamonds, the Italian colours stitched around the edge and laser engraved the Guzzi logo to make it even more special.

BMW rNineT seat

Upgraded another BMW rNineT seat with a custom cover. Made of fine light brown leather and a top stitch with a darker brown. Diamond pattern all straight and making sure they line up at the front and rear.

Norton seat

Norton seat stripped down and refurbished. All new foam inside and made a new cover with smooth and brushed leather and a red piping.

Harley Sportster seat

Received this seat from the UK for a make over. Off with the big old cover and shaved off a lot of materials from the sides added a bit to the rear section (longer and higher) made a new cover from a distressed leather with a contrasting top stitch.

Kawasaki Z1300 seat

Maybe you’ve seen my post stitching the hexagon pattern of this seat last week and now it’s time to show the end result for this custom Kawa Z1300 seat. All custom, shaped the foam and added a layer of gel. After that the hard part, from here on out there are no mistakes allowed. Stitched the hexagon pattern and cut out the pattern. Laser engraved the back section with ‘kawasaki z1300’, stitched up the parts and riveted it all to the seat pan.
